A++++ product arrived and received good communication good supplier

Products were very well done, and there was no issues with the products which is why I ordered from them. Service and shipping was terrible! When I ordered a sample it was a lot more simpler and better, but when I ordered bulk it was like I was running through hurdles. I paid $2,000 CAD to ship out 9 boxes of products, but it took around a month to receive and in the end one of the packages got lost. You would expect that if you pay $2,000 it would be fast and sufficient service. I had to bother my representative of this company multiple times to even get an answer as to where my package was from them. They also gave me wrong estimated dates of when I would receive the package. Overall, products are good, but I don't recommend shipping anything out. My representative also had a little attitude. I chose air freight, and in the details they specified 8-13 days. Not a month to fly to my country and then 8-13 to deliver it to my house. That is not what they communicated. Only the 8-13 day.
